Finally I got a chance to talk in Kathmandu. According to my conversation with my family it seems things aer quite calm in Kathmandu.
But people in kathmandu suspect that war must be going on in various districts between army and maoists.
Till today there seems people are not leaving Kathmandu and outside people entering not entering into Kathmandu. HOw can they when the nakas like thankot etc are heavily gaurded by the security. Therefore almost none of the public buses are moving on the prithvi highway. However, as per news army is heavily protecting all the bridges and culverts in these highways.

Immediately after the king G's takeover, the phone lines were cut off. This is what happened during coups in pakistan. Exactly that strategy was applied in Nepal also.

People in the Valley could watch CNN and BBC channels on cable along with NTV. However, all indian news channels are out of service.

Peace rallies are daily features in the Cities with lighting ceremony in the nite times as in Tihar approving King G's move.

In contrary, there has been not a single protest so far.

The netas are being detained one by one with search operations. So more and more are being captured.

Vehicular movements inside the Valley are normal.

Most importantly people are not feeling threatened and afraid at this point, so far.

Here are the examples how does king keeps increasing his own salaries but wants to other put in jail who take bribe those people take bribe because they can?t increase their own salaries. So if king wants to put corrupt people in jail then he should go to jail himself.
