Thou shall be constructively puished to clean up nepal and your acts
Thou shall school the villagers properly including consider reschooling the maoist
Thou shall encourage all businesses/men in support of the providing fair employment
Thou shall build bridges between all castes..same caste marriages banned
Thou shall make the women work...53% of nepelse are women
