"Given the scale of ?disappearances? we have documented, the heightened role of the army after the king?s seizure of power is frightening. Maoist forces have a horrendous record of killings, torture and intimidation, but the response can?t be to unleash an army that has been responsible for so many ?disappearances? and other egregious human rights abuses."

----- Brad Adams, Asia director for Human Rights Watch.

Thats what appeared in Human Rights News.

I wish to question the news writers "Who told them this and why do they consider it as a fact ?" Are they believing the website of terrorist www.cpnm.org ? Why should I consider whatever the human rights organizations say is true ?

All armies tend to break the human rights. This is a fact because they are trained very hard to be like that. The photos of the Iraqi prisoners, the bullshit of British and American soldiers and the deliberate naked photos of American soldiers who are just bored of their work are quite an enough proof.

Initially I had wished to put my comments directly to Mr. Brad Adams, but I couldn't get any medium for that...so I am just expressing my lines out here. I would like to put him a simple question. If someone has a gun pointed on him and he too has a loaded gun by which he can claim superiority over his opponent, will he give lecutres of Human Rights and start murmering the data of human rights violation or shoot him at first instance ?

Just understand the first basic principle of Human Rights "Your right ends when you start to violate others rights." The Royal Nepalese Army is in a complete muddle. They are in the middle of the conflict zone and they are being killed by terrorist with guns in their hands. They have already preached for human rights and now they are claiming superiority by shooting the terrorist. So if anyone is complaining about it anywhere, then that person is liable to be silenced as this means violating the Human Rights of Army to live their lives.

Concluding remarks: The Human Rights Organizations are violating the human rights of Nepalese people by not allowing them to live a peaceful life or moreover even not allowing the Nepalese to live at all.
