3) Mitigating factors: Are anti-racial/anti-ethnic group sentiments mitigated if the hated group is in turn hated by the group it hates? I think so.....

4) Do countries with fewer minority group members get a pass... Icelanders may not be very racist... but they don't have many opportunities either.
