Guys, i have created a new dish called Ocean eleven. This dish is designed for summer to go with garlic bread. It is the combination of eleven diff sea food like scallope, salmon, crab, lobster, squid, prawn, mussels, clams, halibut and butter fish which is cooked in tomato based soup flavoured with basil and continental parsley. I will be posting the pic very soon.....does it sound fancy? actually u can have that with garlic bread or spanish rice( saffron, pineapple, rasins and pinenuts).

oys dude, i am one of those chef who hate to poach, boil or cook oyster. I am kind of person who recommends to eat oyster raw with lime juice and vinegratte sauce. i dont even allow my cooks to use black pepper and cream on any seafood item. And ruina......good try but turmeric and egg ......very bad combination.....( doesnot make any sense and garlic in egg unless u r making some maitre hotel butter or some sauce for steak............. You have to be crazy head like to be chef.......ppl who are too perfectionist like cobra cant be chef........

Hahahahaha "Ocean 11" or should i say "Seafood khichadii" Ambooo bro wondering how would that taste mixing up all those 11 kinds of seafood. In a serious note it's not a good idea of creating such dish in a taste wise, cost wise or presentation wise. Being not a great fan of sea food When u mix up all those 11 kinds of sea food what will u expect to get original taste of? Cost wise pani timro sea food cost high huncha so you got to sell in high price too to your customer.Beside mostly people who loves lobester may not love scallops viceversa who loves squid may not love clams. And as you got 11 different sea foods, there will be atleast one seafood that every individual may not like among those 11. That makes u minus point of not haviing to much customer to cunsume your paticular dish. If your dish is baesd on soup then that's almost fine natra if it's more like main course dish... timro salmon pakisakda timro lobster half cocked pani bhayeko hudaina. I guess you got me what i mean here bro. Ani bro as u mention there's gonna be 11 different sea foods aba tyoo 11 different sea foods eautai plate ma display garda i wonder how will tht look. Personal opinion bro don't go for it and think something new dish. -nivaN

mm, i am also the kind of person who recommends others to eat oyster raw. in fact, the last time i had oyster, i greedily gulped down three raw oyster with lime and some soy sauce. i guess i was not thinking with my head (like most men sometimes) that oyster is an aphrodisiac. harkedai, frog is not seafood, kya. if you put a frog in sea water, the salt would prolly screw up the frog's skin, screwing up it's breathing system. then the frog would be gasping for air, like a fish out of water, except it would actually be in water. hmmm, i wonder if alanis morissette (sp?) would consider this ironic. hmmmm....
