FM Rana requests China for budgetary support

Finance Minister Madhukar Shumsher Rana Wednesday requested China for budgetary support to deal with the current security and economic crisis in Nepal.

?Since we are in a serious security and economic crisis at present, we seek proactive economic ties and cooperation with China,? minister Rana said Wednesday.

The FM proposed the northern neighbour to engage more in economy and trade, multi-model transport, tourism, technical and infrastructure development sectors in Nepal by building special economic zones, reports said.
