about your other problem, every superman or superwoman has a weak side. for example, spiderman was shunned as an asocial geek and batman was afraid of dark alleys because his parents were killed in one. i think he eventually overcame his fear when he confronted his parents' killer in a dark alley.

so you need to fight your own battles. shrinks just waste your time. they just sit there asking questions that you yourself find answers to. you should be able to do this yourself or with the help of a close confidant. magicians???? there's no magic darling, it's either you know something or you dont. so there you go..muster up some courage and hold your head up high to face the world..
