As Blair's government has strenthened the country's economy and the Conservative leadership has been appalingly lame, it is expected that Blair will be elected for the third term in the office. It's easy to win against a weak opposition even if you have some problems of your own. And also Blair has not fared as bad as Bush.

Whatsoever, despite of his unpopular decision over Iraq, Blair won.
