Recent developments suggest that Baburam is in India and is involved in negotiation with Indian establishments. General Meheta accepted that India is trying to establish chain of communication with the moist headquarter (although, many people think that India already has such communications) and RNA has made public Prachanda?s audio cassettes and Prachanda?s silent acceptance of RNA?s allegations. National and international pressure on King to negotiate with Maoist (most of the foreign powers in Nepal believe that moist problem can not be solved militarily) and king?s detest over Political parties and inability or unwillingness of Maoist to mount major and successful attacks and blatant displeasure of the Royal Nepal Govt to India and EU for their support as an interference of internal affair of Nepal, all these suggest to me that there might be some possibilities of a formation of a new interim government headed by Baburam (most probably as a fraction of Maoist) and that government would be given responsibility of formulating new constitution (most probably through constitutional assembly) and then new election under the new constitution. These are my personal assessment. Feel free to share ur views.
