In Nepal, 90% Nepali Bank controlled by Indian Marwadis.

Marwadis invest more than 50% share and open the banks in Nepal. Then after convert and transfer money to India.

They bribe Nepali bank employee and take loan from Nepali bank and then transfer money to India. They live lavishly in India with money of poor Nepalese people.

Who gave Nepali citizenship to Dhoti or Marwadi in Nepal?

Central District Officer and employee must be investigate for briberies and corruption.

Otherwise, these corrupt Nepalese convert all India as Nepali citizens which we can not afford to solve problem in future. Problem will be beyound to fix.

One thing I would like to add to this topic is how do u point who is nepali and who is not.... are bhramins only the nepali.... does that mean other casts like newars, sherpas... are not nepali.... if they are why are marwari or some one from terai not nepali..... come on dude be mature.... when some one is born here in US he/she becomes a US citizen... and when he/she is one of our relative we are proud to boast of him/her being US ... also do u mind sending money to ur family member back home.... then why do u have problem for someone who stays in other part and speak bit different language at home with family or follow some other religion.... the bottom line is if they r the citizen of the country and they are actively part in the development of the country then they have the right....

It could be true in terms of investment because most Marwadis are Nepali citizens and like you said they are free to invest and so they own a good amount of shares (good %, not necessarily 90%). I think Golchha owns a good % in Nepal bank and Chaudhary's owns a good % in Nabil bank and so on. But there is good % of Nepali investers too.

But there is a fact in terms of Marwadis really investing in India i guess. But even if you go to their office in Nepal, 100% of the top level staff are Indians. By this i mean real Indians, ones who chew pans early in the morning and converse only in Hindi to everyone and do not have Nepali citizenship and so take the salary home. For some reasons Marwadis do not trust Nepalis to be intheir top level positions.

Except one exception to Khetan Group, i think they are the only ones who have employeed Nepalis in every position. They have a good corporate culture and benefit structure too.

This information is just i know with my work experience so do not ask for proof...you can go to Golchha Group in Sundhara or Chudhary's in Sanepa and you will just know it.

PEACE

To: Sursab,

You might be work in Central District Office (CDO office) of Nepal. So it will pinch to you.

But taking bribery and giving Nepali Citizenship to Indian Doti is the major source of corruption and crime in Nepal If you have little true knowledge about Nepal problems.

Yes, it is true.

Nepalese government official crooks are the most dangerous for Nepal and future of Nepalese.

These government crooks sell Nepali citizenship to Indian dhoti by making false nepali native documnets. These Nepali government crooks are not doing this kind of corruption and crimes in today or yesterday and not only for couple of Indians.

But These Nepali government crooks are doing this kind of corruption and crimes since RANA regimes collapsed. Almost 40,000 Indian already brought Nepali citizenships and 46,000 Indian live in Nepal freely.

Indian people can invade Nepal anytime or anymoment. Who knows when Indian and Nepal political goes in the worest situation?

These situation is created by Nepali and Nepali government official crooks.

They are living happily and spending lavish life inside Nepal and outside Nepal, too.

To: akiriti,

What kind of illegal immigrant rights in foreign land? Most of them not even legally 2nd class citizen.

And tell us rights to support and develop their country.

What do you mean by that?

Are you telling us that your father, uncle and brother bribed money and giving Nepali citizenship to Indian Bihari and Marwadi is legal or right to do?

Do you have any idea and knowledge what Nepal will be in next generation or century?

You must know that you are pointing and driving wrong direction and also you are kissing Bihari and Marwadi ass and cheering up Nepali corrupt, criminal and crooks.

Educate yourself?..

Let them control.
If we nepalies are uncapable to manage our banks, economy, then, Indians will do it.

VEry soon we will be slave of the Indians.
We have to face it. Indians were also enslaved by Moslems for 1000 years, and later by the Brits for 200 years. And finally Indians learnt some lessons.

If we Nepalies are unable or uncapable to learn from the History of Indians and Chinese, then, why afraid of becoming slaves??

SO OUR PATH TO INDEPENDENCE LIES THROUGH THE STAGE OF SLAVERY. sO first lets bceome slaves, and learn the lesson the hard way, before we become an independent nation.

Chetana Bhaya.

I see a lot a hatred towards Marwadis or dhotis whatever nice and few of his frens want to call them. You must realize that it is with "idiotic" ideology like nice's that we suffer. Manab: IF I own an institution I can do whatever I want I dont have to please you so suck it up and move on. Your defination of nice does not have to match mine.....sure would be nice to have "Nepalese" (as you put it) in those places but its not mandatory. I can place a bum to run my firm if I want to. If I lose yes....you have sth to say but look at those companies choudary group etc..

If Nepalese govt. really felt so strong about it they would have done sth..which leads me to belive that Nepalese govt wants that to happen. Even in the us Nepalese B!7((-) about Indians but it is Indians who help us the most. We just have a habit of whining...

It's very similar to what the US government does with hispanics (Mexicans). They whine and grumble.... too many illegal Mexicans, too many of them. They're taking away all the jobs and stuff. But they can't live without the very Mexicans. Nepalis & Indians share a similar love-hate relationship.

Hey dude:
But you do not realize the whole purpose of hiring Indian folks, it is to forge documents and not to pay taxes. Well Chaudhary group might be doing well, but their record will always show a loss so that they pay no taxes to the government and these Indian folks are good in doing that.

Technically you are right, if it is my firm, i can do whatever i want but then we do need to follow the rule of the lands.

Also, the way they treat the lower level Nepali people is really cruel. I am telling this from experience because i have seem many of my friend who left those offices within months because it was like torture. They were treated like dogs and it is not fun when you are working your ass off. The working hours are crazy and the pay difference between Nepalis and Indians are huge.

Actually as per the labor law, it is illegal to hire any foreign nation for a given post unless the expertise is not found within the country and so it is a violation of law in the first place to hire those Indian folks.

My problem is only that. HIRE INDIANS as per the law. But PAY TAXES AND FOLLOW THE LABOR LAW.

Cheers!!!!!

Manab is absolutely right. The Labor Law does not permit hring of non nationals.

Binod Chaudhary is notorious while dealing with employees. He is known for throwing documents presented to him by employees and screaming with rage at employees.

I believe this topic is the origin of ignorance and illetracy. Those people who dont know about the term Neapli will argue for it.They dont know that Nepali does not only mean Bhramin or Chettri. There r lot of other castes.More over due to this concept our country is not developing. If you will treat your fellowmen as ur enemy you will get the same thing in reciprocal. There r lot of bhramins Chettris, newars including marwardis or others who r involved in bribes and doing lot of wrong things and lagging the country to hell. The most worst of all are the politicians. How many marwadis are in politics. So it depends upon the individual not the caste. And I will suggest to make ur concept broad otherwise Our country will never able to do better due to this stinks concept.

What I see here.....

If anybody rise a voice of corruption, crimes, problems of Nepal,.... some of these do not like. Because of these people involved in corruption and crimes directly or indirectly.

Directly means: deed corruption and crimes by himself or herself (by own).

Indirectly means: close relatives or family involve in corruption and crimes.

So how could they accept news, voice or message of wistle blowers.....

You will get only negative, bad and some kind of hatred reply.....

Kehi lekhna man lagyo:

Why are we so close minded??????

This really does not matter who (Indian, Swiss or American) opens and controls a bank in Nepal. This is a good sign that our economy is spreading the wings across national boundary and that is what we want. We want our economy to be a global one. I wish our "Nepal Stock Exchange" was as good as NYSE or like that. I wish, our currency was strong on international market. Ever since the private banking sector started operation in Nepal, there is more investment. Some "Bhure Takure" politicians might go on streets on the name of Nationalism with their vested interest even without know the real meaning of "Nationalism" and "Economy".
