They deserve concentration camp rather then jail. Those are the people responsible for vandalising at streets, burning TU's assets if they got lower marks, close educational institutions for their own intrest, asking for donation with corporate and business houses in the time of election and encourage leaders to be corrupt to support them.

recently started to visit Sajha and startled to see that the forum is infested with negative thinking neo-mandales. Most of these peoples' contribution to Nepal is rest their ass on a comfort of a chair in front of their computers and spit venom on those who are really trying hard and risking their lives for the good of the country. Just scroll upwards and read messages posted. Guys, I can see where your frustration is coming from but what you can at least do is to appreciate what these youth leaders are doing. I know the education system should be free of politics, but do not just rubbish the contributions student unions have made in the history of Nepal. They've always been on the forefront of major changes that has occured and unfortunately for Nepal this burden of bringing change lies on the shoulder of students.
Well done to the student leaders. Thank you very much for doing what you're doing to bring about right changes in Nepal. Today's youth must speak against the out dated two evil forces currently ruining the country.

Yeah Kick As-s:

I am seeing you as another chor Mandale. So you are next to tell us they have contributed a lot. Student leaders are nothing but a front line gunda for big netas. Because of their backing, they think they control our lives.

You dont need to tell me any positve things they have done. I have been there, got sick of life and finally I am breathing fresh air to focus on my life being somewhere else.

Like sursab said, they should be put in concentration camp.

I think these fkers should be tried in court for disrupting the whole education establishment of Nepal. 5yrs for every Nepal Bandh for dirupting every School, college, and Universities. The shit for brains leaders are shortchanging the future of Nepal by their own personal bullshit. The future of Nepal is dependent upon these very kids going to school everyday. KEEP THEM IN JAIL maybe the schools colleges and universities would stay open then.

I heard that someone of these people voluntarily step up to the police vehicle to get arrested. What a way to get the jail experience needed in a nepali politician's resume.

Pancha haru ho,

Look at the bigger picture. I know the education system is battered due to student protests but don't forget the root cause of this problem. Gyane maharaj is doing nothing but to infuriate students by his incredibly wicked actions since taking power 6 months ago. Fortunately for us, students have taken the responsibility of asking for accountability from the king. Students should be studying but must always be ready to take on the challenge when the country needs it. Unfortunately, because of our poor social structure and long going social inequalities together with absolutely useless leaders governing the country, they are always being forced to take on the streets. If they remain quite, Gyane will take the country backward and change things only to suit himself and his supporters regardless of how much the people suffer.

We need to get rid of the autocratic monarchy first, then only education system can be improved. One can not winge about not being able to go to school when the country as a whole is failing which will have unwanted effects for several generations of students in the future. I did my crucial points of my schooling during 2046 movement and schools were disrupted for many days. But looking back in retrospective I'm thankful to the mighty force of students who were able to bring about the multy-party democracy. I know it did not go well, but one should understand that democracy is a self cleansing system and we would have eventually got there. Democracy must be given chance.

Yo Kick !
What is the defination of a student ? What is the purpose of a student ? What do students normally do(besides learning and going to school) ? What the fug does the root problem have to do with being a student ? Is Gyaney inciting the students or those so called students leaders(we are not stooopid) ? Who told the studetns to go ask for accountability( not Gyaney for sure)? So its the useless leaders who are out in the streets intoxicating the students minds. AND HOW THE FUK YOU KNOW GYANEY WILL TAKE THE COUNTRY BACKWARDS WHEN YOU HAVEN"T EVEN GIVEN HIM A CHANCE(not that I am a fan of his). And you think Nepali people are not suffring by all this Nepal bandh, chakka jaam etc etc Have you even lookd at the freakin numbers ? Nepali economy was better when the Panchayat(not that I support them either) than during the so called democracy days....
Why do you want to get rid of monarchy again ? GIVE ME ONE GOOD REASON WHY GYANEY IS ANY WORSE THAN ANY OF THOSE CORRUPT POLITICIANS WITH NUMBERED SWISS BANK ACCOUNTS(I am not a Gyaney supporter). So you did yer schooling in the 2046 circa OK fine.....but you think these MORONS shutting down banks, schools, govt' offices is a good thing for the Country Huh !!!! Man you must really have SHIT FOR BRAINS ... WHo do you think it would eventually hurt in the end by doing all this ? people like you and me ORDINARY PEOPLE.....not the fkin politicians(cause they got foreign bank account), not Gyaney(he dun need any mo), not Commies(cause they hide behind innoscent citizens).

WHAT ? Democracy is a self cleansing system ? What the fuk u think ..this is the Ganges River ...where you can doo all the dirty deeds ... take a dip in the river and clense yourself of all the ills ? Man you are full of tshit ...think before you speak.

Panch Bhaladami Bathroom,

I think you've misunderstood me here. I've acknowledged the fact that our education system is battered due to ongoing student protests and things. In a country where most of the people are illiterate, wickedness of Gyane Maharaj is only understood by the students among some other groups and hence their natural reaction on the street. Many Nepalese people unfortunately take him for god and are very confused about what is happening. The students have rightly seen through Gyane's intentions and history will confirm that they are right to voice their concerns.

I think the essence of being student is not just read the books and get a degree but to understand the society they live in and do whatever they can to bring positive impact on peoples' lives. I fully understand that general public have to face great difficulty due to their actions but if you look at broader picture they must be forgiven for what they do.

It was interesting how you advocated Gyane and Panchayat, yet kept on saying you don't support them. To me it seems like you're in denial. You can see their limitations as well but are too confused to speak against them. To answer your question about giving Gyane a chance, I think he had several chances and still has a choice of listening to people. I strongly feel that our present king is unable to see what is good for the country and also what is good for himself.

Yes, democracy is a self-cleansing system. Leaders are accountable to people and are put through test every few years at the election. As peoples' understanding of democracy improves, people will be able to select good leaders. How can that be bad?

Kick,

Its ludacris that you are defending the vandalism of the so called students. From your stance, it could be just assumed you being another bitch of Girija ready dance like a puppet when your pimp daddy girija pulls string on you.

First practice the democracy yourself then preach on others.

Yo Kick,
In a country where most people are illeterate you are helping the cause by shutting the schools down in protest and inciteng thestudents(In other words you want those students supporting your cause rather than be in class learning huh) ? great move ...moron. What the hell does gyaney being a god have to do with schools being shut down ? What history are you talking about ? Gyaney just came in 'bout a yr ago ....WE HAVE NO HISTORY WITH HIM.
And you have the fukin' nerve to ask me to forgive these inbeciles for fuking up ma country ? Yo you got a lootta nerve .....shit fur brains. So when you fug up... you want me to forgive you ...but when others fug up its wickedness of the maharaaaj and this n that(isn't that double standard ?). but I JUST THINK YOU ARE ALL FULL OF SHIT.
As I have mentioned before....I am not a fan of any system or polotician. i am just looking at my family's day to day survial. Their lives were a lot better then ...than now. There was law and order, stability, robust economy.....etc etc fleecing of the the poor has not gotten any better. AND PEOPLE ARE DYING EVERYDAY. You tell me shitface what would you choose ?

Here we go again with that self cleansing bullshit. So its ok to rape the country without any accountability for four years till the next motherf'er comes and rapes it again for four more years ? What people's understanding are you talking about ? I am one of those people I DO NOT UNDERSTAND..... humor me....

Coin has got two sides one negative and another positive, now its depend on you how you wanna accept it, But be positive in life. I don't know how do you live in America but 78% students in nepal have got 100s of problem reason of poverty, education system, oppurtunity and less job market. Do not compare nepali student with american student.

Now Nepal need revoluation on education system but without taking weapon.we need more teacher , Doctor, Lawyer,Engineer, Accountant and many more technical skill, to full fill this requirement this education system is too old . Reading about King Mahendra 's and his behaviours can't produce Engineers, we need engineers not a one engineer(Exceptional). We need to build Nepal not america or Britain so we have to change our education system. These student leader are Guru to show all Nepali what are the weakness we have on our education system and why we need to change. if Gane can he will purpose for 17th cenetury education system for experiement because he always think nepali are "Parja not Citizen" . At last if you can help them talk about it otherwise don't hurt them telling they are bad.

Yes, Nepali education system needs revolutionary changes but I can not agree with Sajhabasaima. Everyone in Nepal may endorse the changes that we need but the way students are heading to gain the goals may not be the right way to do it. College students especially those who are politically motivated, are engrossing the whole system to gain political benefits rather than looking for changes. I abominate it because it is not only hampering the economy as a whole but to the kids who are doing schooling and know nothing about politics. Parents are bound to send their children in India for education because of students (of various parties or mao) obstruct the functioning of schools/colleges.

In democratic era many students (rather student politicians) turned full time politicians ? fought for election and elected what they did for the nation? Give me one example of such a student leader who is/was a proven brilliant student and think for nation and understand where country is heading. Once their motive to be a MP or minister is fulfilled, have they ever talk about the education system or are they on the street again? The answer is NO. Why should they be on the street once motive is fulfilled. If someone is true student leader he/she should fight till the end. We have nothing to say against student leaders other than that please (for the shake of future Nepal) don't make educational institutions as a platform of politics. Those who are on govt. colleges are not only students ? think from the one who has just started and be at school and learning "ka, kha" to those who are doing higher levels.

To toiletcoffee,

Reading your rants above I've to say there's no point in reasoning with you. And you do sound like a 'Gaun Farke Sachib' when you talk about Panchayat system. You're clearly a mandale in denial. And one more thing, I recommend you a few sessions of anger management or similar sorts of therapy to calm you down. I can provide you with some free advice through e-mail if you would like. Trust me I'm a doctor.

Here comes again Kick-a-s-s telling us the whole history of school system when all of us went thru that. The anger you see in BathCoffee is in majority of people who worry about our parents everyday in Nepal, not knowing what tomorrow brings.

May be desotrying public properties, distrupting school and economy is a fun and justifiable thing for people like you. But not for us. May be what we need to do is destroy your house or properties. Then you will feel the pain.

Kick you are way out of line.

Yeah anyone who does not agree with you is a Mandaley, Congressi, blah blah blah Yo moron There are people who think outside of that box you are living in. Your assumption of me being this and that !!!!! heh heh heh YO ...YOU DON"T EVEN KNOW ME MORON AND YOU HAVE ALREADY LABELED ME A PANCHAYAT SYMPATHiSER. THAT IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU DOCTOR.....do not assume things you don't know. I seriously hope that you don't diagnose your patients this way in your profession(you are talkin' like physicians who prescribe antibiotics like its candy for anything they cannot figure out). heh heh

Guys

Please dont quarrel, dont panic. In Nepal, we have seen no sincere now till now and unfortunately it seems to hold for the future too. Thats why we are in foreign lands, those in Nepal also will run for it once they get a chance to escape the country. Its our fate, lets face it, although it is kinda shameful.

LET GO OFF OF THAT STEAM. Let the stress release out. There are solutions of letting stress out as well as solving almost all the problem Nepal faces, with just a single species of plant, the POT plant, as in

Please, no stress,no steam, just let it go... let it fume out... just like this

Sathiharu,

I can totally see where your frustration is coming from, but I still feel that you guys haven't really tried to understand why students are always on the street. I fully agree with you that students should be studying, not causing havoc in the street. The ideal situation as someone mentioned above exists only in developed countries. And don't forget that students of developed countries did the same many years ago when they were not as developed. We're years behind and just wishing for ideal situation is not going work in Nepal. Unfortunately for Nepal, students have always been forced to be the forefront of movements for major changes. We'd still be under Ranas if it wasn't for the students. Time will come in Nepal, when students won't have to do what they are doing now, but before that a lot of things need to be changed. That will come slowly but surely.

Can I make it clear that I am in support of only the peaceful protests carried out by the students. Our Nepalese way of governing is to ignore peoples' wish completely unless they burn tyres in the streets....so, what do you expect?

Gurungbro above mentioned that may be I'll feel pain if he destroys my house. Well, you'll be pleased to hear that our family has been displaced from the village and our house and other property remain in the mercy of maoists.

Coffeebro seems to be completely out of touch about how things were in Panchayat days. You need to do some research which will confirm that economy in the post panchayat period have been significantly better than before. In fact a comparative study was picked up by the media only last week. Forgive me for assuming that you're a Gyane sympathiser but your postings has done nothing to contradict that. And one more thing, be assured that antibiotics will only be prescribed to patients with suspected or confirmed cases of bacterial infection.

Yo Kick,
ME out of touch ? gotta be kidding...he he I do not give a Rats-ass what the study or the experts say(cause they can be bought). I am looking at regular Rams and the Hari's who are trying to make ends meet(putting food onthe table, supporting their family...etc etc). Has their lives gotten any better than 15 yrs ago(except for them FAT POLITICIANS) ? Media and So called experts are full of shit(always tilting towards whoever is paying them).
Every Md that cannot comprehend an infection(be it viral, bacterial, or fungal) they immediately resort to Antibiotics if nothing works.
