Anyone knows of any organization in Nepal which will help in education of students after class 10 ??
One fellow here is sponsoring a student in nepal till he clears his SLC.
He is old and says its now difficult for him to support further.
If there is any ORG in Nepal which takes care of such students Pls let me know.
I was unable to refer of of those ORG, he wants to settle things ASAP.

write to CWIN (Nepal), and if they don't sponsor, they usually have links with other nonprofits that deal with children/teen agers. they should be able to land up some scholarship also depending on need. i don't know much, but Trichandra Campus n Patan campus etc. used to have seats reserved for needy students..(?) if nothing works, he'd probably have to find a part time job for himself.

Hey:

United Mission to Nepal (UMN) also provides scholorships to bright students who belong to certain districts that are classified as remote. Just check their office in Thapathali. Similrly, i hope other INGOs like Save the Children should also have some schemes. THe key is to fall in their criteria somehow..All the best
