One other possibility might be the Supreme Court overules the RCC verdict and that paves the way out of this bhalu-ko-kanchat for everyone. Just my thoughts.

Deuba' party will subvert seven party democratic alliance from within. Then Deuba's outfit will merge with his in-law's enterprise RPP. After that Jwaisaheb will once again become premier-henchman of his dictator in-law. This is the way ambitious commoners are assimilated into ruling families--loyalty, trial fire, and then accomodation in the outer circle of power.

Hmmmm... I wonder why Deoba?s cadres din?t file a petition in Supreme Court against the verdict? दालमे कुछ काला हे। स्यालले मर्या जस्तो गर्नी, कागले ठुग्या गर्नी। के गर्दैछन् यिनीहरु?

To file a petition they need to deposit 9 crore each. Though they can, they should not as people doubt and ask for source. In other hand, it is not a legal battle rather a political one. They opposed RCCC, so no morale alows them to go to knock the door of SC if they want to be in politics in future.

Deuba's trusted henchmen--Keshav Budhathoki, Ajit Narayan Singh Thapa, Mani Lama, et all have already crossed over to the palace. Soon, Deuba will follow there with Mahat, Rijal and company. That will leave political people like Prakash Man Singh and Gopal Man Shrestha out in the cold. Poor guys. Deuba at least has his millions safely in Swiss banks. But what these people will do? Go to the Maoists? Moral of the story: be careful about the company you keep.
