Neplesese Government is implementing a new Citizenship Act. No foreign nationals will get citizenship directly in Nepal. They have to go through Green Card approach. Foreigners get Green Card first then Citizenship. Kinda cool.... Does anyone have details on this ?

When you yourself asking for details from others than on what basis you made your lines here. Better when you hear something, investigate first and then bring it to forum or put the other way.The way you have presented should be only when you are atleast 50% sure on that issue but you don't seem so. Stop making conspiracies.
