Well, the only thing with the comrades is that they never seem to be transparent. If they say they are in a meeting, they are there to announce the decision, but nobody knows where, when, and how the decision is made.

Sorry comrades, Nepal looks like a lot more democratic than to give these 'black-boxes' yet give another 'dashain'.
