Hey all....
Does any of you have a suggestion on making a good...wah wah bhanne dinner without much effort??? other than of course ordering through the nearest restaurant???
If somebody has a good recipe to make a nice dinner...nothing fancy...just a simple dinner...please let me know!!! Im pretty new to cooking, but I already bragged about being a real good cook....so please help me keep my nakh!!!

Guys, was just wondering if any of ya'll have recipe to make MASU KHO ACHAR. I get sent from back home every now and then but can't seem to get over it!! I'd finish that thing in bout a week time and will have to wait for another few months before they will resend me again!! If only I knew how to make it, I'd eat the damn thang everyday!! Appreciate it in advance:)

Ma pani euta post garidinchu hai. Yo chahi mero modified version of Nasi Goreng (Malay/Indonesian fried rice..tesko paste chahi Asian store ma paincha)

Beat some eggs (about 1 large egg per person) along with some ground jira, dhaniya, and chopped green chillies.
(mero modification chahi khursani ra masala add gareko ho, standard recipe ma chahi plain eggs ho ke)

Bhaat pakaune

Fry shrimps (just until the water is evaporated) and add rice and the Nasi Goreng paste.
Fry for a few more minutes.

Scramble eggs in a separate pan, and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Fry for another minute or two.

Ani tanna khanay.

Hmmm.. I know how to make Nepali khana BUT I am just realizing that I really dunno and dun care about Amrikan and other nationality khana. Now isnt that ignorant? hence I have decided to learn how to cook other kinds of food too. Will be helpful in the future too.. lol .. nah am kidding. I think bholi if I invite my kuirey saathis to lunch they wont eat a bit.. will prolly think its too spicy... too stinky and all that crap.. Ticks me off at times.. makes it difficult to really mingle with the crowd.. anyway.. The main reason I am posting here is because I am too bored... so People help me out!

Here is the esiest and the best dinner you can serve as many people as you wish.

Saman:

Salman as much as you want ( Salmon is a fish)
Kalo marich as as much you want
Lemon according to your taste
salt as much asyou wish
olive oil or butter

Pre heat broiler at low
rub above masalas I mean lemon, paper etc
broil the fish until it is golden brown

serve with some salad, corn on the cob or whatever you wish.

well, I have some difficult ones but this is the best and easy you can get if you try to home cook.

dalli le ta "salt as much as you wish" re :o| wahahahahahaa well that reminds me of one program i watched ke...the guy was taught how to cook..one part was cookn rice in a rice cooker ..was told to set it around 40 mins before serving the guest...

and laterl when he had to cook and no one was helping him wahahahaha...he flooded the rice cooker :o| while the ppl who taught him..watched thru the camera and was liteally hitting their foreheads wahahahar ...and no it wasnt me ;oP hehehe...sheesh i dun even get to eat rice..:oS..so how can that be me?;oP hehe im not making this up hai ;oP....

Cooking just isnt my thing. Chiken katyo bhat microwave garyo .. just the bare essentials sikera kaam chalaiyi rakheko!!! Thought I should go overboard and try something different ... ani impress parna lai spaghetti pakayeko....it was all stuck together....didnt really burn the thing, but the wine was good..so it covered the bad spaghetti....later i learnt that I had to add oil to make it not stick!!

Other than that, everything went pretty good....

Am on another quest now......How hard is it to make Rassbhury???

Some people love more salt and some less so I was just trying to say whatever amount you prefer. IT depends on how much you are cooking and your taste buds too.
