Visiting the public site and discussing on the public places are two different things.

By the way, one of my friends (let's say Johnny) from out of town was visiting my town and called to see if we could meet today. Unfortunately I had other plans and could not meet him.

If we were both famous the news would be something like
: 'Cryptonite REFUSED to meet Johnny.'

But the truth is that it just didn't work out because of conflicting schedules. Trust the press to make a mountain out of a mole.

Whatever discussion is done for/against quoting source, it seems R. Subedi is not ready to mention source. Its upto him whatver he wants to format in his site. But I am preety sure that the long discussion obviously has some sort of influence and may not be now but after some time, R. Subedi will definitely quote source.

"Of course, you & Joe are using such a word like ?fk, bonehead etc? what does it mean by? First of all you are disrespecting SAJHA.COM, second thing you are using those words in the public forum. This proved that you are uncivilized person who have no background acting like ?Street Man?"

rsubedi,
First off, I would kindly request you to locate where I have used profanity or derogatory expressions toward you or anyone on this forum. I try hard to keep myself from engaging in such acts and expect a high degree of accountability from myself and others. So please find an incidence where I might have deviated from these standards and if you can indeed bring it forward, I WILL publicly apologize for the error, something that doesn't seem to be present in your vocabulary.

But if you CANNOT find such a case, then you just misinformed people yet again, and you should publicly apologize. Can you do that or is that too much to expect of you?

Now, secondly, regardless of whether I am a "street man" with "no background" like you have asserted or not, it is again clear from your response that you are unwilling to listen to those who aren't up to your standard in the class hierarchy, just like the majority of the haves in Nepal have done for decades. I get a feeling that you do not clearly get what I am suggesting, so it may again be a waste of my efforts to make you aware. However, let me say it again: It doesn't matter when you left Nepal or where you live. As long as people like you, who have deep rooted beliefs that only certain people (in your case, only those who have proper backgrounds and aren't from the street, and can use proper dialect, language) get to have a say in the system continue to rule the country, we will continue to have problems. Do you understand what I am saying? And how does it make a difference whether I disclose my real name to you or not?

And lastly, not that I am saying rsubedi plagiarized (yes some people have said so on this forum and have also indicated why they think so), but I disagree with Ashu-ji's proof that because rsubedi is a publicist, he does not plagiarize. A seasoned plagiarist may be careful to avoid people who may catch him, but a rookie could just as well be ignorant of even the rules of the game, let alone the implications...and if rsubedi did plagiarize, then obviously he is a rookie plagiarist (still a plagiarist!), like most of them, and I think Ashu-ji's theory and proof are just invalid.

Sorry couldn't make post this shorter...

Hellbound,

Thanks for your great advice. Understanding ppls always understand. We put the source if we get the news from somewhere else. If we make our own news we do not quote the source. They also have to keep on mind that, other medias copy our news and use it.

Echoes,

You were not like this when you were at the first time. You have used those words at the begining. I can not find the entire conversation from start to end in here, may be its becaue of the limit space with sajha.com.

I do like to understand / discuss, if they like to discuss in systematic way. How do you feel, when someone use really nasty words to you? Tell me the truth.

rsubedi,

sajha.com usually keeps the entire discussion (unlike your under-informed/false assertion AGAIN!!), please click on this link to see the entire discussion:

I still expect an accountable response from you. (Are you now going to say that I have somehow changed my previous postings?)

Don't think that you're getting away, sir! The world is watching! So do the honorable thing: admit your error, apologize, and try not to do it again.

rsubedi,

Your apology is accepted.

Would you now care to respond to the second part of my comments? I just wanted to give you a fair chance to argue that my impression of you is incorrect. Feel free to take the 5th, in which case I will continue to think that people like you are the problems in our society.

Thanks.

As I said,

you did not say bad words that means that was not for you. Thats all I have to say. I already said that I take that word back for you. I dont think so I need to go any further to discuss.

This chapter is now closed.

rsubedi,

It doesn't matter whether I am no longer a target of your postings or not, and I seek no exception from you on this matter like you have offered. What I am asking is a generic question about what you really stand for, and you have completed evaded answering it.

I am going to let it slide, as this thread has already gotten pretty long and off-topic, and I have no interest in grilling you. But I want you to know that you, as a broadcaster (of a radio station), are a public figure, so please be careful of your statements you make in public. People will hold you accountable. Doesn't matter whether you think you're doing your readers/listeners a service... Thanks.

rsubedi,

I went through the whole thread. And all I can say is that I found you so churlish, boorish and truculent. Are you a kid or what? Plz try to grow up.

le chef du nuit,

Some ppls like it some ppls dont, no matter what you do. Some times when you do good things, one side say you are doing very good, other side say you are doing bad. No matter, if you are doing the best, they are still taking it personally. You just have to deal with it. You find good and bad ppls arround you....
