Dont worry people. I got the following response when i checked one photo:

Your picture must be exactly 300x300 or 240x320 pixels. Your picture was 225x254.

you are right. Photo should be 300/300 pixel in size. I took pic with digital camera at home and just resized it, got accepted. Then application is very easy.
