i thought moonlights record collapsed...and chandra shekar couldn't provide enough money to the artists based on attractive contracts he had with artists such as 1974 AD, Nabin Bhattarai...
Isn't he from Biratnagar....I think its the same guy.
Just wondering becuase it was a talk in the town few years ago in KTM.
