I tried everything to get rid of this stupid Virtual Bouncer spyware from my computer but nothing seem to work. Please help me get rid of this bug.

didi, sorry to hear that. i can have our support guys have a look if you can give me a remote access. probably some registry entries will have to be deleted/modified.
