know it is not the right time but it might be helpful.

who is the driver n what about the insurance policy. I think it is very important to have an accidental attorney to represent 3 nepalese ppls. we cannot bring them back but atleast try to help the families with some compensation. Can anyone update with this issue?

My condolences too,..sadly the incidence reminds me of Fanindra Thapa a faculty of IAAS, and student in Phillipines, who died in a hit and run case.
It is a close circuit of we Nepalese abroad ( among net users) that highlights cases of misfortunes and fortunes far more than things happening back home ( to notebook logic--"bro, i felt that way. nobody cares about putting any comments on ppl getting killed everyday in nepal. I see too many noises here when something happens to a nepali in a foreign country".
He is right in his own logic, but concerns and our cultural norm to certain ocassions demand we discuss the topic elsewhere.
Yes, compensation claims and awareness among the flocking young people from Nepal should be taken up. By, the way what is the news of late Regmi's case, was there any compensation provided to the griefing family members. 3r is right "we cannot bring them back but atleast try to help the families with some compensation" even in this case.
Now again as a solace " It is just a matter of roll calls", and someone was taking online survey and one of the question in it was?
*. What will you do if you know you have a day to live and have abundant resource in hand?

Hey dude common this isn't a biased stuff. Yes I do agree that many neps get killed in Nepal. The topic of conversation among their family, friends and whoever they are associated with does include them. But well the sad part is most of us communicating here aren't in Nepal. So this is our common "platform", where we do talk about what happened, express our griefs. My opinion isn't biased because Bedija was a classmate and a good friend of mine. But its something that just comes out cause everyone here is a Nepalese and is touched by what happened.

Notebook, you moron. Shut up your potty mouth. You should be mourning the loss of these young people. And try to spell opinion better next time. It is not 'openion'.

Bedija was like a sister to me. I am still in a state of shock...I had met her five months ago and I cannot believe she is not with us today. May she and others rest in peace.

MAY THE DEPARTED SOULS REST IN PEACE.
It's an awaful truth that we've lost 3 of our fellow Neplease students and we have to move on with it. Dear brother, Notebook, I request you to spend few moments to mourn for the departed soul. I do personally feel that u do care about Neplease, if not you would not have spend your time checking the kurakani platform and replying the massages. It's just you think differently then rest of us.
To all other neplease brothers and sisters with whom, I came across this Kurakani platform, I request to be clam and not to waste time and energy debating who should speak what and what not. The bottom line is we(Neplase) all care for each other and so Let's come together, to support the family and fren's going thro such a devasting moment. I donot know any of you personally, but I will be there at funeral to drop few tears to share the pain the family and fren's are suffering.
MAY PEACE REVEAL IN EARTH and the brotherhood last among Neplease.

Bedija was a good friend of mine. We studied together in St.Mary's for all those yrs. I knew her personally. She was a really cheerful girl. She would make you laugh everytime. I'm sorta out of words. I'm still in a shock. I can't believe that my classmate, the cheerful girl bedu no longer exists. May their souls rest in peace...amen.

Are/were they flown back to Nepal from Grand Forks Air Force Base in North Dokota on board a C-130 military transport aircraft of 82nd Airborne Divison of US Army with their coffins drapped with American flags to be received at Tribhubhan International Airport with full military honours ?

There are few other incident happened to IAAS and its faculty. I don't need to remind all these coz people are reading these and its not worth to depressed them . Fanindra Thaps is not the only one.

Wont Nepali families be full of grief and outrage to see flag drapped coffins being hauled out of US Army's C-130 military transport aircraft at Trivubhan International Airport.

Nepal needs someone like Cindy Sheehan (the mother of killed American Soldier who staged protest outside the ranch of George Bush).

i just came back from the funeral and bedija was the only one i knew among the. seeing bedija's face nearly broke me down, her cheerfulness came before my eyes and i couldn't believe it was her, lying so peacefully never to wake up again. I think that it personally effects all of us who shared a similar life with them, kids who left home in the pursuit of higher education, we all have the same dreams, our parents all have similar dreams and hopes. I can't imagine what their family must be going through, when I think about it, it could have been me too, i could have been in the same situation, if something happens to me my parents wont be able to see me either, most of us are in the same situation and that's what's painful too. It's possible to think about being in their shoes. It's just so sad I can't even seem to explain.

My deepest condolences to the immediate family members, it is sad how early they were taken. I don’t want to be selfish but I guess the fate of their lives came earlier then later. We are living in the universe where time is very valuable but short. Every living things die as their time is up. They have touched many hearts as they lived their lives, so whoever knew them and people like us should pray for their loved ones who are devastated.

“For those students who are here and out of Nepal who are striving to get their education as well as surviving with minimal help” please be cautious. We all have high hopes and dreams coming from a little lovely country NEPAL, but be very careful what might bring you ahead as we can’t see the future.

May the lord Pashupati-Nath Bless us all
