Hello all,
I am looking forward to establish a new business " Cafe".
Iwant something new design, atmosphere and trend.
I really appreciate any ideas cause it is long term goal since my early age. I don't lthink I want to go for any restuarant but want to serve some bakery and sandwich or ice cream. Doewn't have to be Nepalese or any particular food or theme. I just want to establish some thing unique n in high scale.
My location will be around san francisco or Vancouver cause I live here. I am taking some culinary classes n some hospitality MGMT. I love to open it by next year
Any Suggestions, ideas, recommendations, and theme or views will be greatly appreciate!!!!

i have only 4 new threads to be posted. i have more to say and post. it me help u if u watch foodnetwork on 53. i usudally watch. and found out very interesing. the foodnetwork also ariticlates programms like how people started thiir own buniess, what is suceess of their business etc. one time i was astonised when a lady who were running a small tea/coffee resturant served momo. it also shown how they made momo. anyways just a thought!

Before you venture, make sure you have that time and will power to take all that pressure pre and post establishment of your cafe. Moreover, make sure that you know each and every aspect of the business. Make decisions on a long run. It is all these things you need to run. Decor, menu and ideas can be found and can be inspired but business sense is the must. And I know, the way you are putting things, you have all that. Its just that thinking yourself and interacting with others will make a decision work a lot differently. Later always works. Good Luck in your venture. Well if u want my suggestion for vancouver then go for funy marktet target like indian fusion food. Called it. I am sure the concept which u make for nepali cafe wont work. Who is going to eat there, nepali student forget about it...........dont be emotional........use your brain not heart. It is all about investment so invest for mass.

Kabhi Kabhi

Mugal style lamb kebab marinated for 2 days and slowly cooked in tandoori with the zesty taste of aromatic herbs.( this use to be used as festvie food when mugal use to win battle)

slowly braised spinach with strong taste of cloves, cinnemon and garlic served with choice of your bread or rice

Dil hai ke manta nahi

Oven cooked Pork chop marinated with corriander, tomato,garlic and yoghurt served with mashed garlic potato

Kuch Kuch hota hai

Mother of vindaloo curry as per your choice pork, chicken, lamb or fish
(this will certainly put fire on your tail as it says kuch kuch hota hai )

how about east meets west? a little dance cafe.. girls wearing barely panties and hiding big pumpkins with little bras dancing while you enjoy the coffee and other products.. also provide cabin and make sure you provide easy girls to serve them.....i mean serve food first
