I had been looking for this video for several months now... thanks for posting, but it didn't open for me. I'll try again.

I was at the conference where Bill Gates presented this video... but we were asked not to videotape it. The idea was to tell us how hard it had been for him and Microsoft to bring people with talent into his company... he said that there were not enough Computer Science majors...

It is one of the most hilarious videos I've seen, and Mr. Gates has done a pretty good job acting. Please let me know if anyone comes across a valid link to this video... I want to download and save it!!
