I do not plan to create any new groups - closed or open.
But, I couldn't help myself admire Nepe's theory on corruption.
By simple extension it can be used to solve all problems faced by humanity.
I do not have any proof - so I am just calling it a hypothesis for now.
So here goes Gidilat's hypothesis on murder:

1. I think, murder is a default state of any society. So looking for sources of murderous impulses is absurd.

2. Murder is something that gets manifested. It is not something that gets originated.

3. A discussion on murder make sense only in the context of how to prevent it. In everything else, it is absurd.

4. Since murder does not have a source (it is omnipresent), prevention of murder is essentially defining/determining it and placing punitive measures.

5. Defining/determining murder needs - a 'point of beginning'. Of course it needs brain and will power too. However, they can do nothing if a 'point of beginning' is not available.

6. The above is where went wrong in World. Any time after God created the World could have been a 'point of beginning'. This is where the problem lies and therefore where the answer lies as well.

7. A 'point of beginning' is basically a point of total freedom to define murder.

8. Give World a point of beginning. That's the only way. There is no other way to find cure to existing murders.

9. Do not worry about newer murders. Because it is pointless. The measure you place to cure the existing murders will take care of the newer murders.

10. So, the answer to World's murders is to have a point of total freedom to define murder, place punitive measures and let the land of the law become the God.

The rest will be taken care of by vibrant civil society and full democracy we expect to have in near future. If something still gets leaked--and leaked they will-- we will have to learn to live with that, re-defining them as acceptable murders, if needed.

I have a suggestion that I think would help fight serious crime. Signs. There are lots of signs for minor infractions: No Smoking, Stay Off the Grass, Keep Out, and they seem to work fairly well. I think we should also have signs for major crimes: Murder Strictly Prohibited, NO Raping People, Thank You for Not Kidnapping Anyone. It's certainly worth a try. I'm convinced Watergate would never have happened if there had just been a sign in the Oval Office that said, Malfeasance of Office Is Strictly Against the Law, or Thank You for Not Undermining the Constitution.
