Is it khula manch? Modern dress, traditional dance with foreign camera. Keep on preserving your heritage.

Is that suppose to be compliment or critisism ?

Anyway, it was open to all as of what I saw; there were non-Rais joining in the group for the dance.

criticism for not being able to wear one's dress and praise for at least showing some participation. The dance would look better with traditional dress.

keeping up a tradition passionately is better than showing off... i don't think they would need any traditional dress to perform chandi naach... in that case.. if you celebrate dasain, tihar or any festival.. then start wearing daura suruwal... i think we should all appreciate somebody's culture...
