Yes what about Prachanda himself? For all the torture, murders, abduction and violation of childrens'/human rights, looting of govermental offices, banks, and peoples' property? For all the deaths? Yes what about all that? Could we all line up Gyane, Prachanda, Babu Ram and corrupt political leaders in toodhikhel and execute them together, huh?

~ Hurray, I agree with you. I think there is no death penalty in present constitution of Nepal. So, Maoist are going to make provision for death penalty in the new constitution (within 5 yrs according to Prachanda) and hang everyone who are against them.........huh...............interesting ! Cheers,

I do not believe in death penalty because I think it is not a good way of delivering justice. If we are sending a message to the society that a justice has been delivered by killing someone, then it sows the seed of violence instead of lessening it. But I was quite amazed by Prachanda’s claim of punishing King while he’s been as responsible for the deaths occurred in past decade, and destruction of country’s infrastructures. And Miracle while you said “Maoist are going to make provision for death penalty in the new constitution (within 5 yrs according to Prachanda) and hang everyone who are against themâ€, I wonder what they will do if the provision is rejected. Will they again pick up arms and enter the jungle for another people’s war just like they did when the political parties rejected their demands in the parliament? And why does Prachanda mention 5 years? While he seems to be fine with People’s choice of government, does he believe for sure that people will choose him or does he believe that he will sideling the political parties and take full control and no matter what or how, he will be the head of state in 5 years? After this interview and the changes in his political beliefs, I would think more than once before believing in them. Hoi na ta?

~ Yes, I am also tatally confused after reading/hearing this interview. In the last interview on Kantipur, he told that there will be something change within Chaitra 24, 2062. But I don't have any clue what it mean?
