Fortunately or unfortunately the word "Gherao" has been adapted in English language. Check out in the dictionary.

Don't under-estimate your own nepali (or indian?) words. I am sure Gandhi movemnet must have forced British people to adapt GHERAO into their tongue.

Oxford or Merriam-Webster Online dictionary do not give any results for searches on word 'gherao'.

Thanx. It's in Encarta or Wikipedia encylopedia but still not listed in dictionaries as oxford or Webster.
