This room is the cheapest room anyone could find in NYC. the room itself is very nice and clean. thsi is a basement apt. This room is the perfect for student or a person who is busy working all the time. Smoking Ok if u smoke in your room, sorry no pets, only one person, we have to share kitchen and bathroom, private entry to your room. we are only 20 mins away from Manhattan.
the place is peace, clean and safe.
the rent of the house is only $295 a mth (FREE electricity or gas),
However if u have computer or laptop u have to pay certain amount which is $15 a mth. let me tell u sth abt my self. I am asian FT student and PT nanny. My BF works FT and my other roommate works FT and is PT student. I don't want roommate who doesn't know how to stay clean and cannot pay rent on time. I want a security deposit to be submitted to a land lady and a rent in advance which makes $590 in first mth then rent in every 1 day of a mth no lates...
