Dear President Bush,

I am glad that you are making a visit to that part of world where I come from. Although, I would have loved you to visit my country too, nevertheless, your ass on South Asian soil should send a strong message to our "democratic" king to get his ass out of his palace. So much for politics; lets get down to business.

I am quite disappointed that you did not even let me know of your impending visit to South Asia. You could have at least called me once. You did not even bother to do that. Oh wel.....Anyway, what I wanted you to do was to take some of my stuffs with you so that you could deliver it to my parents when you were there. I mean, I did not have whole lot of stuffs; I just had 10 watches, one cam-corder, two digital cameras, and few clothing items and some money, which I earned working more than 20 hours (oops! I should not have said that) on campus. And ya, my brother was also asking me to send a cell phone, not just any cell, but some particular one, which I don’t even remember. My parents would have been so happy to get those items; you would have gotten a true blessing from a Hindu family, which you probably have never received so far. Don't worry, you won’t see any Muslims in that close vicinity. Of course, Islam and Hinduism are different, if you were not sure.

Anyway, if you really want to patch up this dent between you and me, you have some opportunities too. I have asked my parents to send me some stuffs, and I would appreciate it if you could get that for me. . I don't live that far from White House anyway. If you ever get to my home, say hi to my old time buddies too. Don’t worry about not fitting in your suitcase; you could always buy cheap suitcases in Bishal Bazaar. You don’t have to worry about the shipping cost; I can drop by your office during my spring break to receive the items. Then, your daughters will also have the opportunity to hang out with me. If all goes well, hope you won’t mind my going to Daytona Beach with your daughters.

And ya, tell my parents that I would not be able to come home in this Dashain.

Your buddy
