No no , this is not another of my boring songs :)

Each time I try to access one website in particular, I get the following message:

Cannot connect to the database because: Host '--.--.---.---' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'.
If you get this error repeatedly please email ------@partysounds.co.uk giving full details of the error message and the page that is misbehaving
