I have two pals who came as tourist and changed their status to F1 aka student.

As a matter of fact, they are doing extremly well, which essentially means, owns a house, has a well paying job and so on and so forth. But they did come about 8 years ago. Donno what happened after spet. 11.

I think your best bet is changing your status to F1. Bhandya ni feri. I have no idea how easy/hard or if at all possible.

best thing you can do at the moment is,
get the place to work.
work your ass offf. make all you can..
save all you can...
stay about 10 years, regardless of your responsbility back in nepal.
go back to nepal with big bucks all you can grab by then.
start something better in nepal to live your life happily everafter....

might sound like a dream but it can be true if you just follow the steps.
yeah just try to skip the step, you might fall down before reaching to your destination ...

marrying an american citizen or filing asylum are some options for u. Move to dallas, i heard that ppl are getting married on monthly payments of as low as 200.00.

If you have some network or friends, its better to get married with one american girl.
some of my friends paid from 200 to 350 per month for a year and after they get gc, they started to make some excuse and stopped paying those girls.

all of them are on good condition now.

out of 27 guys and 4 girls, most of them got their gc with in 1 year.

2-3 of them got it in 2 years
and 1 of them got in 3 and half year ( he had some record problem, still he scored it)
