Back in Singapore, before I started working, I got to know a bunch of mulishiey ( single man ) who were very much into performing during special function such as Dashain, Tihar, New year etc. One of them was Dipak Thapa Magar. He was really a talented guy who used to entertain us with his hilarious pose, dance, witty remarks,songs and in many other ways. When we reherased for Dasain performance, I really enjoyed it throughly !!
Once I started working, I lost contact with him.Then 1 year later,I got to know through other bhanjas that he had made a album with the help some Nepali artistes and his other fellow lahure.Dipak had composed all the songs.
Tirtha, my friend who is now in Nepal now, passed me a copy and I found the songs quite good.

Then something unfortunate happen to this man....he was pinnned down by a jeep.................
He is now paralysed waist down and is most probably now in Nepal due to his inablity to perform his duty as a service man.
My most recent chat with him was at gate 3 (Joo Seng side) about 7 months ago. I still remember when I walked in he called my by my name and asked me how I was and that moment I was filled with emotion. I tried hard to suppressed them and acted normally.
Well, now I am in Newcastle, I sure hope this guy, Dipak, is doing well. I wish him 100% full support from his family and friends.
