I am in F1 visa rite now.But I want to get a green card. I have got a black girl who want to help me by doing contract marriage. How hard is it to get green card by this way? How long does it takes? Can you help me out with the overall process necessary?

i think u also need to find out some more information.

i have heard that INS or DHS people come and check on you sometimes to see if both guy + girl are living together.

u could try finding out about the place you are living in. i dont think they are too strickt about checking in places like LA, or NYC but in small towns u could be caught if u arent careful.
