"It is not advisable for the parties to wholeheartedly accept the king's "concession" but it is also not advisable that they do not make use of a possible opportunity to announce constituent assembly elections by forming an interim government. What is important here, however, is under which article such a government is formed. A big NO if the king wants to form the next government under Article 127. But we do not see much problem if the next government is formed under Article 128, like the government formed after the 1990 popular movement. Such a government will be constitutionally as well as politically powerful. Through a political decision, it can form an interim government including the Maoists that can announce the constituent assembly elections.

This is one option. There is another option as well to achieve the same end. But one that will lead to more violence and bloodshed."

128. Provisions Regarding The Council of Ministers:
(1) The Council of Ministers existing at the commencement of this Constitution shall be deemed to have been constituted under this Constitution.
(2) If, for any reason the Council of Ministers referred to in clause (1) is dissolved, His Majesty shall constitute a new Council of Ministers consisting of representatives from the main political parties.
(3) A Council of Ministers constituted under clause (2) above shall consist of a Prime Minister and, on his recommendation, other Ministers, State Ministers and Assistant Ministers as may be required.

I agree in someway, killing the cat in closed door can be self harm inflicting! what make everyone think that if Gyane is going, he will slip the back door, will he not take the fight to the rope, I would do that if I was in his place, after all this guy is not for a good name in history, he never intended that unlike his brother.
So violence, will only mean killing Nepali brothers, what if the fight goes on, who will be injured or killed we, our brothers and sisters, will the army turn their gun against the palace, what about all the linkage and royal associations that run in our society, some of our friends, are in one way or other linked.
Hence, wise and judicious blow to the monarchial ambition, and a status to limited musueme, tourists attracting title, and rest to the people, everything and anything they decide.
Now, the million dollar question is will the ledears be able to face the challenge, are we each individually ready to contribuite for a common cause that is Nepal. Will we be able to refrain ourselves from, self, family, community, follower's self interest activities at the cost of the nation. If Yes!, this is the time, let love, respect and wisdom dictate our activities.
