for me baburam bhattrai is bheda more than scholar. he dont have confidence in his knowledge and wisedom . he uses gun power to show his wisdom anf thoughts.
he is crook politician . i simply hate him
while reading his articles i found stuuborn character of him in his articles as i remember violence and terror of maoists rather than hideen sense in his writings

Guess what people!

A common nepali does not have even access to the Internet. He/she makes 170 US dollars per annum. Now if you think you can beat even the westerners in partying in kathmandu and try to beat a japanese in aptitude who happens to to be vacationing in Nepal after pioneering a fleet of industrial robotic gadgets, then you are dead wrong.

You don't have to look too far, learn from the great Mahatma Gandhi. On being asked why he always travelled in third class train, he retorted that there is no fourth class one.

Get out of the pond and look around too, not just get out of the pond. The first thing that comes into the foreigners' minds about a nepali is we come from the second poorest country in the world. That is not a successful nepali society to me.

The bottomline is why hate the king, why hate girija and baburam or prachanda or the maoist. We should only work on eliminating the ones who pose a threat to creating a sustainable progressive nepali society as a whole not individually.

I wish everyone think like TM. More importantly, the common nepali people think like TM rather than us wanting just the leaders to think so.
ok I give TM a ® TM for progressive thinking!!

which reminds me of one hindi movie dialogue..."I hate you, I hate you" (actress hitting on actor's chest slowly and softly)........
my question is.....does that thing (baburam) even deserves to be hated? Hate is an expression used to describe one's loathful emotion towards a *person/people*. It is used as a subsitution for our frustration for not being able to eliminate him/her/them. But we have a rational freedom to get rid of *things* which we dislike (or in your words...."hate"). So what are we waiting for!!! Don't just "hate", do something about it. Eliminate it.

I hate Maoists' idealogogy, and their activities, but I admire for their vision.

You can see what happened in 2007 revolution: the then king promised for constituent assembly, which was never happened. This time too, once these Netas sit on the chairs of priministers and ministers, they will start forgetting what they vowed and what people demanded. Did not these Netas made similar promised during Panchayeti regime? So many people died to throw out the regime but what these Netas could do after that? They could not even enforce the report of Mallik Commission.

So, I don't see any possibility of calling for a election of constituent assembly by Girija who is going to take a oath under king like --"I, Girija P Koirala, will alwasys work for Desh and the Raj Mukut"

Therefore, we need to make sure that the king clearly accepts the election of constituent assembly now and that is what Baburam Bhattarai demanding. Unfortunately, this cunning king even does not want to be a ceremonial king so he will always try to buy these leaders.
