The new government name should be
- Nepal Sarkar ( Government of Nepal )

King should be named as follows:
Shree Maharaj *insert name here* Bir Bikram Shah at the most or we can just say

King Gyanendra Shah or
Raja Gyanendra Shah
no more Shree 5 and dev shit anymore..

You got me wrong mickthesick...look at all the other threads by me....This is easy to say we don't want King but hard to get to that state..it is a logical step to ask him or demote him to a ceremonial king.
