HoR passes proposal to hold constituent assembly elections
Kantipur Report
KATHMANDU, April 30 - The reinstated House of Representatives on Sunday evening unanimously passed a proposal to hold constituent assembly elections.
The House, in its historic first meeting at Singhadurbar on Friday, had registered a Nepali Congress-sponsored motion to hold elections to a constituent assembly that will frame a new constitution.
