Maoists not to surrender arms Kathmandu , 3 May: The Maoists will not be surrendering their arms to anyone before or during the period of election for constituent assembly, writes Punarjagaran weekly. In a recent interview with ‘The Times of India’ Maoist leader Baburam Bhattarai stated that during the period of election both Maoists rebels and the Royal Nepal Army would be kept under the observation of UN or organizations similar to it.
