An unofficial talks between the SPA and CPNM has begun in kathmandu.
Talks in an unofficial manner has begun after the reinastatemet of the parliament as planned by the CPNM and SPA. The talks cover prominent issues related to constituent assembly, interim goovernment, code of conduct, interim constituion and others.

The maoists are believed to have demandeddissolution of the government, the parliament and the parliamentarians.
