Dude ,
there are two main plans:
HMO and PPO.
HMO is relatively cheaper but you will be stuck to same group of doctors whereas PPO is more flexible letting you choose for all the partipating health providers anywhere in the country.
The premium depends on deductible .You premium would be lower if you deductible is higher. If your wife is healthy and she doesn't need to go to doctor often then go for high dedutible but lower premium .But remember if she goes to doctor you will be paying more out of your pocket.
There are many insurance companies that offer different health plan .you can check with them .i advise you to look into your local hosipitals sometimes they have some plans too.Since you will be staying in the same city .It doesn't hurt to get plan with them .The good thing about taking plans with local hospitals is that you out of pocket cost when u go to see doctor in the hospital is cheaper.
there are many insurance companies-bluecross/blueshield,atena,aig etc...Choose the one that is more suitable for u .According to your needs.Just don't go with what they say .U know your health better.

Coinsurance:(20-80)/(30-70)
Coinsurance is different than copay or deductible.here is how it works suppose you got to doctor your doctor
visit is 100 and your total expense is 500. lets assume your deductible for whole year is 2000. then if your copay for doctor
visit is 20-80 then insurance covers $80 and you pay $20 to the doctor. Then on rest $400 , you have to pay 20% of 400 = $80.
there fore now the deductible for year $2000-$80=1920 will still remain for whole year. After you complete whole $2000 for the
year then you will not have pay coinusurance.this is how insurance works .but then again .every plan is different.

Outof pocket expense: it could be that $20 for doc visit, $80 for the other work.after you reach your max out of pocket then you
donot have to pay a dime.then some insuarance have deductible as out of pay max and some don't.Some still charge for office
visits some don't. Normally after max out of pocket .there would be no deductible or coinsurance.

If you are concerned about hospital stays and "out of pocket" expense take HMO. If you are not concerned about hospital stays take PPO.
Educate yourself by speaking with the insurance agents. Talk to both the HMO and PPO insurance agents and ask them why you should choose one over the other. Then you can make informed decission.

Also remember : low premium= high outof pocket, high deductible .high coinsurance, high office visit copay
but might be worthwhile if you don't go that often.
Otherwise pick good plan suitable for u and ur health condition.
