I know that there are some of us who are student in US,Australia,UK and many other parts of the world. So what kind of part time job do u do to get that extra cash ?

Me, I am a techincal crew in my Uni.It invloves taking photos, playing music and lighting consloe using PC, setting of equipment for DJs and bands.

Bornfree, to me now it is like working in Chiap Seng, except that the sound and light setup are in smaller scale. Those were the days that we used to work under Peter, Daniel, Zul,Kenneth,Allan and so many. It is where I also learnt about so called Bollywood, thier philosopy was to pay minimum for the show but mark the tickets as if they were some world famous English acts.Unlike the Chinese from the Hongkong who used to have huge budget for the concerts and used to sell the tickets accordingly.

Having been working as a freelance sound and light crew in Singapire for almsot 5 years before I finished my studies and got a fulltime job in Alxexndra Technopark, I am more then convinced that Bollywood and Kollywood ( nepal) seems to come neck to neck when it comes to professnalism.

Bornfree, I did not play. Yap, Barnes, Apek and some other Singapore bhanja played.Too bad they lost. But now I am hoping for Yeti cup where we can field a much better team.

Regarding our work in CSP, what can I see : We know best when comes to concert, fashion, TV Gameshow, Launch of product and more. To many people, I know it sounds like boasting but I don't care.

CSP : Chiap Seng Production.

I do hope you remember Sudip, well, he is here, and also Juni Gurung, Honky Doo, Gandi, Apek and Hari. They are all in Newcastle. In fact, I just came back from Malaysian Indian farwell party in the student union, I must say we Singaopre bhanja as always stole the show.

Talking about the the GC bhanjas in British army, well, my brother came to Newcastle with Thulo for few days and I did meet Prakash,Diwas, Amit.Hulkster and Eng during thier passing out parade. I am glad that they have at least secured a more stable career.

Well, Bornfree Bro, one reminder, I hope you willl not use my real name here as I remember you revealing my real name in one of the thread.

Need to hit the bed now, I am very tired from whole days walk and party.

Cheers !!

Yap. I Am aware and have also looked at thier equipment- they are using very expensive equipment. Hear rumour that they brought them to Nepal from Singapore.

Regarding the Singapore bhanja and bhanjas, well, I must say that we had the best of east and west and no one can argue about that. I beleive that when you went to the States you were not shocked by the behaviour and life style of "ang moh", unlike some other people.

One sad thing about us is that we don't belong to the east or west too, nor can we consider to be 100% Nepali, we can't speal proper Nepali wihtout the mixture of Chinese, Tamil, Malay and Englsih.

Taking the plus and minus point into consideration, I think we are blessed and cursed.

And ya, will be heading to Glascow this Sunday, whole GC bhanjas, except for Sudip and Juni. Will be posting planty of photos here at sajha.

Keep in touch !!

1 more thing, I (we)had the opportunity to see Bryan Adams live @ Saint James's Park. I must say that guy is damn good. Thank god he was here to show the Geordies how real music sounds, I am sure some of them will be dumping thier R n B, hip-hip and other dance music aside for only clubbing and swithing to people who make music.

You know I was really amused to see three girls in thier early teens singing "Summer of 69" at the top of thier voice and also strumming thier imaginary guitar simlatuanously, when we were going back home.

And ya, as a sovnier, I bought the -shirt too but it cost me 28 pound. The quality if the T-shirt sux man.

All right. C ya
