listen to B.YO.B by symphony od destruction may be that will cheer u up but dun be banging ur head against the wall lolllll or esle listen to some led zepplin .. ok peace
cruentus is my favourite right now in nepali metal bands.... you can listen and download few of the songs from ktmrocks.com.... there is maya singing itihaas.... this song rocks man....
Pantera is a good band but just a lil old. Trivium is a great new band. Try "Like light to the flies" and "Requiem" and others... The solos are awesome...
