If u want to lose weight, you don't need to purchase any equipment, plenty of running, swimming, basketball, football and many other sports should be able to help you loose weight. Beside being active, you have to watch your diet, after all " you are what you eat"

Wish you all the best in reducing your wieght !!

Masingh ji, I agree with iNepali. I bought a $400 bicycle and I wasted money. I could not lose the weigh using that instrument. On the contrary, my friend who use to do regular exercise like walking log distances, swiiming and diet control gain a good weight loss and saved money too. My point is just do not waste money for foolish reasons. Those white people exaggegerate little bit more on those equipments. Thanks.

I am in aggrement with all guys. I thought those equipment can help me in losing weight. So I insisted my husband to buy one equipment. But it did not work. Then I started to walk, do simple yogas and swimming and I lost my weight considerably.
I can not say in your case. But think twice before buying expensive stuff in USA.

Change your life style
1. Eat healthy- no sugar, no fat diet
2. Exercise- walk, bike, yoga, run keep yourself physically active at least 1 hour a day
You can buy any equipment if you are in a mood to spend money but no equipment is going to do you any good unless you use it constantly.
