I apologize.I did not realize that you would be so upset even after giving credits to you and your album. I should not have done it.

The picture was of my very good friend Amrito aka Boka Mystiks and I wanted to introduce him to the folks.

I removed the pictures.

Khaobadi you act like Nas stole your money or something. He even gave you credit for the pic. It's pretty sad you made such a big deal out of nothing. I hope you got Amrito's permission to put his photo in your album. I'm a big fan of Nas's album. It Rocks!

If Amrito has anyproblem with his pic showing up at my website he can ask me to remove them. Some people have asked me to remove their pics from my album in the past and I have removed them as requested.

Until that happens no one will rip off the pics I shot from my website unless I willingly let them take my pics by someone else other than me. On the matter of credit,it's up to me to decide either to accept the offer or decline it alltogether.

By the way do you know that if something or someone makes a news( or an editorial item) the photographer doesnt have any legal obligation
to take a verbal or a written permission of a subject(person or property) being photographed.

I have no concern regarding if you are a fan of my photoalbum or your own
photoalbum or i_nepali's photo album or san's photo album or ifc123's photo album or moneyminded's photo album.....how and why the hell ..you being NAS's photo album became a concern for you ???

Photo are almost like hira ko haar...it can earn you thousands of dollars or it can also land you in jail as well.

khaobaadi, thanks for bringing this to our attention. It is quite shameful to take the photos from other people and then upload them here- even if the credit is given.

Since the culprit has apolize to you, I think you should let the matter rest.

And lastly, put up some more photos, your photo album is one of the very slelected few that I check.

And Khaobadi stop acting like that piece of photo is a jewel in your crown. As long as Nas has given you credit for it you should stop whinning like a crybaby. Maybe you don't understand the way the internet works. Anything that is freely available can be shared as long as it is credited. If you don't believe me go to the website of USPATOFF United States Patent Office.

Some people don't get it. I know how you must have felt when you saw your photo being uploaded by someone else. I guess people should just only upload what they shot and not taken by someone else. I have seen many photos being uploaded here have been shot by multiple photographer.

Most people think that taking a picture out of someone's site is no big deal. even if they give credit to it, without permission? no way. khao, good work on spotting and asking to remove. some people would never know how it feels. it is your work, so it is worth more than "heera ko haar".

Khaobadi, you are right but you could have titled it differently. Nas has aplologized. It shows that he is a sincere person. In turn, Like I_nepali said, you should give it a rest.

I am a big fan of your work but your attitude (" I have no concern regarding if you are a fan of my photoalbum ") towards a fan like me is not very good and attitude sucks.

Khaobadi's attitude is what ticked me off too. He could have nicely asked Nas to remove it without calling chor daka. He probably judges others by his own standards.

2 I saw those images without any information on where he got them

3 There was no mention of "credit"

4 I made a comment (on those particular pics on Ramjham.com) making aware those concerns.

5 Still, I did not see any "credits" on those particular pics.

6 Then it is possible he might have put those "credits" (which was too late by then)
