My point is in the picture there are 7 homo sapiens. Out of this 2 belong to Feminine race i.e. 28.57143% feminine in a discussion that is talking about 33% reservation to women.

Dude, i don't know how much reservation,affirmative action works.But it certainly helps a little.No system is perfect.Instead of Quota system ,their can be programs in root level then we won't need any descrimination depending upon caste,race,religion or sex.
Quota system in one hand makes the woman weaker sex.And admits woman are weaker sex.If u have problem with 1/3 then would 1/4 be fine.

I also happen to calculate the percentage, tried to copy the pic, it did not work, hence the mission to post identical theme was aborted. However, things should get better we are nearing ~33%, that itself should be an encouragements...
