Hey Guys, Do you have any idea on this : "E" is the employer of "A". "A" is currently workiing for "E" in H1 visa in one position. "A" wants to process green-card based on category EB2. Salary is OK for being in H1 status. But since salary being offered is lower than what is required for "EB2" category under ONET database, is there anyway that Employer "E" can still process green card under EB2 category ? It is clear that employer is not required pay the new salary until the green card is approved and she really starts working under new position. And as soon as green card is approved can employer and employee re-negotiate the salary ? Thanks, Hoping for your valuable suggestions......

Sounds good to me as long as both "E" and "A" agree on salary requirement for EB2 category under ONET database.
