how do you edit images, i mean how do you make glitter, animation, other effects, anyone have idea about that here? i guess not!?

download that software called "irfan viewer". u can do resizing, negatives, blur, oil effect, emboss so on and so forth within seconds. :)

here is what i have suggestion for you:

When u see pic in the computer screen that you want to glitter. take a glittering pen ,that you bought for 99c and glitter the image on your computer screen with your pen.


Now you understand why am i asking you which software??Smart sweety.

If you want to modify your image ..photoshop would be the best too.Freeware do not have as much as features as photoshops.Photoshops does to some animation stuff too.Then again there is macromedia fireworks if you want to play with images- gliitering slitering..ok
Flash is most popular itermediate - professional animation.
For spophisticated animation there is 3d studio and most popular maya.Dreamworks have their own animating softwares.. i forget the name.
Anyways have fun painting your screen with those gilttering pens that you use to decorate your year book!!!
