Seems like SPAMmers with their counterpart terrorists in India are involved. SPAMmers of Nepal are dangerous...there are (1+13) spammer nicks in Sajha...They can do the same in USA or UK or Japan with the help of their terrorist friends elsewhere...

You see SPAMmers (Maoist part of SPAMmers) has terrorist link with Osama and this is acknowledged by world governments and India is scared of this...so the SPAMmers can do anything and anywhere....please please don't give rise to extremism and extremists, terrorism and terrorists;;...these SPAMmers have ruined Nepal...let them not ruin the world.

ya right, its funny.
what is the logic behind killing innocent people. dont' they just stop for a moment and think?!!!
its not small number and with tolls expected to rise, it will probably reach way more than that 92-93 blasts.
no good can come from separation. why cannot india just give up kashmir for good?!
why would that be complicated?
indian officials cannot just sit and be adamant in thier ideologies as one blast after another kills inncoent civilians. they all suffer from the same diseaase like the rest of mankind: ego.

========================

aren't those two contradictory statements? and why would india give away kashmir? is that the solution you are craving for? i mean if tomorrow maoists declare rolpa and rukum as commie states and want them to be separated from nepal? would you do that, if you were the head of state?

i am not very wellversed in this matter. and neither have i studied indian history. i am just saying this as a bystander.
i dn't think separation is a good idea. i don' think separating shiites and sunnis for control over different regions in iraq a is a good idea. i don't think separating sudan and giving one side to teh rebel while the government keeps other is a good idea. i feel this is only a temporary solution and sooner or later, the embedded differences/conflicts/tensions between two people somehow shows up. the most apparent exampe: israel and palestine.
but india and pakistan have separated fifty years ago. they cannot merge back together again. at that time, may be if they had worked togeter, perhaps we would not be seeings o many problems, but the people, while they believed so feverntly in their god, just cannot get along with one another. now, all that enmity remains as the cause of the cold relationship, teh blasts, all the tensions, and the most recent example, the death of 130 innocent civilains. my only question is, for how long will tehy tolerate this?
if india controlled kashmir is muslim populated, then why cannot they just come to an agreement and let the pakistani government take hold of kashmir.
as far as giving up kashmir goes, india did give up pakistan and bangladesh back in teh day. . india gave up because of all the violence and chaos that was breaking out. may be its time to repeat history. if giving up that share of land will protect so many civilians in the future and create a roadmap towards long lasting peace in the region, then would not that be a better choice?
everything comes at a price.
and giving up control of kashmir is not separation. it is just handing over the muslim populated region of kashmir to pakistan that has nearly 98% muslim population.
may be i am being oblivious here. i dont know. but since this little region called kashmir has given birth so much destruction, may be its time to solve the crisis once annd for all.
and to answer your last question, i would never want maoists to take establish thier regime in any part of nepal. separation creates problems. that is my belief. but india and pakistan are two different states now.

lfc123,
i welcome your views, you are entitled to it. but you've got to think about the pros and cons and moreover "long term effect" before going for handing over and/or separation.

let me clarify, i am against separation of any kind first of all. ok internal tensions and chaos can be overwhelming but that does not justify separation and/or handing over. i am anti gandhian, if one may call and that is the right terminology. we are living in the 21st century. differences are bound to be there be it logical or not.

iforget about israel/palestine case, if you look at nepal alone there are so many cultural differences, caste, creeds (and now religiion too with the declaration of being secular). what if tomorrow say madhesis come and revolt for separation of terai? or sherpas fight for segregation of himal?

i understand that kashmir issue has been a major headache for both nations for too long now. one, as you, may put forth logic for separation. but then look at Andhra pradesh. Andhra is one state where muslims dominate hindus by number, big time. what if tomorrow those people come and fight for the separation. what if they want to be a part of pakistan?

i m not saying that one has to tolerate blood bath and chaos forever in the Kashmir issue but handing over is just not the right solution.

imi,

i m not supporting the blasts here. those are condemnable in any case. the muslims hindu conflict has been there for decades now. these people believe in "divide and rule" so this is not going to end right away if kashmir is segregated.

7/11 will always be remembered as India's 9/11. Sort of funny that the date is 7-11. They're giving away free slurpee at 7-ELEVEN. No joke.
