Can anyone give me an idea about how we can develop our country like Japan,Korea or Singapore? What these countries were few decades ago is known to everyone. Most of the ideas shown by the Politicians and Economists till date is camouflage in a way or the other. There must be one truth and only one truth that is fit perfectly in Nepelese context as Politically and Geographically. Should we wait another few decades then sombody comes forward with a vision that fit to Nepalese ground?

It's the people's thinking that matters, not only the politicians and the leaders

I think this is what we need to do to develop our country.

1. Kill all the old people since they are burden to the society and economics.

2. Since we don't have enough resources, have India come to Nepal to make dams. In return, we will give them free electricity since we will be making plenty of it.

3. Destroy all the telephone booths, bars alongside the street, police posts etc, etc, so that we can build modern and sophisticated ones. I think having riots from time to time is good for this reason. Can you imagine how much it will cost otherwise to remove all those old telephone booths?

4. Help young generation to invest in nude bars. This is probably one sure deal where young entrepreuners can not lose money. Remember, it is the small business that sustains country's economy.

5. Last but not the least, make ordinary citizen MP every year. As you have seen time and again, a beggar-like politician drives Pajero in a year once they become a MP. If we can make every citizen an MP within next ten years, there will be no poverty.

In the real context and reality of Nepal,

There will be NO other solution or idea... Unless ...

We fix truely democratic constitution, law, order, rule, regulation and justice systems before anything else. Fix the BIG DIRTY LOOP HOLES.

In constitution, Capital punishment must be implement for 1st degree criminals, national crimes and corruption. No way out. Straight kill criminals and corrupted people. No need human rights.

No one above the law, order and justice systems.

What do you think?

be true...

Centuries ago people used to fear God and refrained from doing wrong deeds. But now, for example, smugglers don't even hesitate to steal idols of Gods once revered by the same person's ancestors.
Now how do we solve that kind of problems?
As a whole, we need to have very very comprehensive and sweeping reform in constitution and law enforcement that can adapt to changes in the world. There should be no one above the law. That way people fear law and consequnces though they may not fear God.
There should a be a computererized tracking system and database of legal offenders to discipline the would-be-offenders so that everyone plays by the rules.

This is a serious thread. Some commentators in this thread are laughing off the subject. Who knows why ? But they might have left Nepal on the final one-way airline ticket!!!!
