Wouldn't it be more imformative to the public if the name of the owners of these so called companies name posted? Owners are the ones who ripped the banks and other Napali taxpayers.

These are all corporations or private limited.

I am not sure how it is in Nepal, but in the US, those corporations or LLCs are an entity by itself, possessing the rights to operate business, incur debts and acquire profits.

So, if the business becomes bankrupt or defaults on loan, then the entity will be responsible for it. The people who formed that entity and their personal assets are protected.

Current chairman of the FNCCI, Chandi Dhakal is one in the list of loan defaulter industralists. don't know if he falls among the top 10 in the list.
